The West Union location has a 100% graduation and job placement rate since Tracy started her new role. Tracy was then hired as the West Union facilitator earlier this year. After graduating from the Digital Works program, she was hired as a career advisor with NexRep and worked at home. After the birth of her son, she knew it was time to find something with work-life balance. As a former business owner, she was working seven days a week. Tracy is a graduate of the Digital Works program. The West Union location has also provided 69 adults with computer and online skills, as well as employer-led client support and service etiquette training. Digital Works has been part of the West Union community since April 2014 and has already helped 62 area adults secure modern, online jobs.
